Who we are
Frontlines Detroit was started on the east side of Detroit after our coaches spent several years coaching baseball in the Detroit Public Schools Community District and noticed a large need for high-level and year-round baseball training for our students in the city.
Traditional travel programs can be very expensive, which has left many talented players in the city of Detroit without a chance to compete at higher levels. By providing a cost-free alternative, we aim to close that gap and ensure that every student has the chance to develop their skills, gain exposure, and enjoy the growth, teamwork, and experiences that come with travel baseball.
Our baseball program is part of a larger nonprofit called Frontlines Detroit, and our aim is to make an impact that is bigger than baseball. Our mission is to use baseball as a platform to give students in Detroit life-changing mentorship and travel experiences.
Our year-round program consists of weekly practices and multiple tournaments throughout the course of the summer, as well as individual and group training in the winter offseason.
